E-mail alerts a month before policy due for renewal. I have never had to wait to be seen at the Alton office. Walk in the door and there is always a friendly welcome. Staff are all very keen to see that I get the best deal coupled with the most comprehensive cover for the money. Alternatives are always there to be discussed. They will point out why the cheapest is not always the best and ensure that cover is appropriate to my needs. I currently have four policies through them and am gradually transferring other insurances over.

I was dealt with by a lady called Catherine Davis Who was outstanding with helping me out, nothing was to much trouble. She did everything she said she would do. I’ve given my insurance to this company for the last 3 years and will continue to do so. 10/10 from me

Aplan were effective in beating a quote from Direct Line which I had used the previous year. Their new quote increased the premium by 25% which was unacceptable. Aplan came up trumps!

Great insurance company, is the 3rd time i insured my van with them, their prices are unbeatable. I will still continue with them as long as they keep my premium cheaper than other companies.

Only bugbear is the quote they offered me was a bit high, so l gave them a chance to review as l had much better quotes.
They came down quite a bit but still could not match some others.
