I recently renewed my Car Insurance and was very pleased with A Plan Insurance. It was very straightforward and it was very easy, and was dealt with in a very efficient manner. I was originally advised of the Quotation in early November with my Insurance expiring in late November--so I had time to do some comparisons on a well known Comparison website---for my own peace of mind!! I did the comparison and was pleasantly surprised. The A Plan price was the best one --so I decided on the A Plan Quotation. I had been recommended to A Plan a year previously by a friend and was given a very good quote for my previous vehicle.

So far I have been very happy with APlan..My experience with them is limited as I am a relatively new customer. I joined on the advice of a friend who has been with the company since they started many years ago.
Stephen Smith was particularly helpful this year...as indeed have others I have spoken to. So far, no cause to have to claim..and I hope it stays that way.

So far, I’ve had excellent service from Aplan insurance with my Home Insurance policy, with my claims for both boiler breakdown and accidental damage of personal property promptly and efficiently dealt with to my satisfaction.
The excellent service has prompted me to also transfer my car insurance to Aplan, which as they promised, was discounted by a £50 promotional voucher. Overall, a very satisfied customer!😊

Would have been 5* but didn't seem to qualify for £50 gift card,which I had an email about?
Was called and told I could't have as I had a discount as I had another policy so had a discount taken off so didn't qualify for the gift card.

I was reminded in good time that my insurance was due and it was all dealt with quickly and correctly.
I did ask if you could put my son, who lives in Hong Kong, on my car insurance for two weeks in November. You were not able to do this through my usual broker - maybe you could have found one that would have insured him.

Having first found A-Plan when looking for insurance on a one off high performance car, they now look after most of my insurance needs. The team members are always friendly, they never seem to mind going the extra distance to provide you with what you need.
