I can honestly say that I have the highest opinion of A -Plan, and have never known even a moment’s disappointment in many years as a customer.
The exceptional qualities I would highlight are:—
*** The genuine interest the staff have in getting things exactly right fir me, sometimes spending a long time, or several calls to check what I think of different options. They ‘go the extra mile’, always.
*** The unfailing warmth and sincerity of the staff—no ‘image’, no jargon.

As normal I was contacted about my annual house insurance review by phone, we discussed the pro`s and con`s, as they know I have also two car insured with them. I asked for this to be taken into account.
I asked that this information could be posted, allowing me to read it in my own time. I phoned them a week later and we agreed a sensible price for it.
At all times they are polite and they explain the questions I am uncertain about. I have been with them for about 15 year or more and believe I am well served, and I have not made any claims. I am happy for this letter is read to the staff.

Very professional and did not pressure me for business. I took 3/4 days to decide to take up the cover. Quality cover for my Camper van cheaper than my previous insurer. Also given advice not to take breakdown cover as my VW van is less than 3 years old and VW offer for free. Not been told this before. Saved me £65. Very impressed

We had our caravan insurance with them for years, Then added home insurance and now have our car insurance with them so that says a lot , cant fault them for service when a company rings you and says the quote we gave you we have just found a cheaper one if you would like to consider it ,shows that they put their customers first Definitely recommend them to anyone
