I have not had car insurance in my own name for many years as I've been on my son in laws company insurance having purchased my previous cars through his car sales business. I realised that I had lost all my years of no claims insurance when I bought a car elsewhere so I was expecting the procedure to be difficult and expensive. I was completely wrong as Jack from the York office was incredibly helpful. He explained how to help me achieve a really good quote and (held my hand) all the way through. To be honest, I couldn't believe how easy it was with Jack's advice. I hope I speak to Jack when my renewal is due next year. As a lady in her 70s, this experience has given me a much needed confidence boost in dealings such as these. Thank you Jack.
