Initial renewal contact with Exeter office was not very constructive and not at all helpful.
Subsequent contact with my more usual office in Newbury was excellent, the issue was checked, the contact was very helpful, a query I had was professionally checked and clarified and all renewals completed successfully - 5 stars for the latter.

I normally dread sorting out insurance as I know I need to shop around to get the best deal. Charlie from Howdens not only found me the best deal and negotiated on my behalf but made the whole experience a pleasure. I doubt I'll shop around next renewal but go straight there.
