My car insurance is due very soon and I had a phone call to talk about the renewal. I spoke to Robert Hamblett with the Evesham office. He was able to provide me with a very competitive quote in a matter of minutes. He is a credit to the company and is only one of the various reasons we continue to use Howden Insurance as my agents for car insurance.

A Plan/Howdens have been handling my insurance arrangements on multiple policies since June 2013 and so far I’ve always been impressed by the quality of the service I’ve received from the staff. At renewals I’ve had clear explanation of the policies available, advice on the best options, and, with one or two very minor detail exceptions, accurate capture of personal data.

We were in a difficult situation with the house insurance due for my brother unoccupied house within 2 days. The existing insurance had constraints which we were unhappy with and needed to arrive at a better solution.

I recently had an accident and Christine at the claims department helped me make the claim, everything she told me has happened, I was put in touch with a claims company to retrieve the value of my vehicle, unfortunately it was written, I have now been offered a fair offer which I have accepted, Christine also put me in touch with a solicitor for my loss of earnings etc, that’s also in motion, thank you Christine and your team for looking out for me.

Having had the pleasure of insuring my Polo GTI with Howdens for the past two years it was an easy decision to transfer my insurance for my Golf GTI when the insurance renewal was due. What made the transition even more acceptable was the way Jamare Townsend handled the whole business for me. I am not the easiest person to accept change but with Howden and with the easy nature Jamare presented with a no hard sell attitude and a sensible no nonsense presentation it made the transfer from a well known and respectable insurance company not only financial sense but a step in the right direction. I would most certainly recommend both the company and Jamare to anyone looking for a company that puts the customer first. Many thanks and I look forward to many years of insurance with you.
