I spoke with Philip in the Fareham branch who was extremely helpful and understanding. He spent quite some time finding the right policy for us he was in no hurry to move on to the next call. I would recommend Howdens for their excellent service.

Very helpful agent, took onboard all my comments and queries and brought price down to under what I paid last year with different company. A much nicer experience placing this business than ever before. It remains to be seen how the company deals with claims and possible changes and additions to the policy. eg adding visiting family member to policy for a few days, claiming for windscreen damage etc

Although i didn't insure my car this year through howden insurance due to price.I have excellent help from the Sutton Coldfield team to forward all the relevant information to my new insurer. I can't fault there customer service and would fully recommend them to anyone.

Firstly Howdens did a follow up from a year earlier when I had moved to another provider. In fact I had already decided to discuss my coming car insurance with them as I valued the face to face contact they offer.
When going into their Bath office I had a comprehensive and helpful discussion which in due course resulted in my renewal through Howdens for this coming year.
They are personable and professional.
