I have used Howden/A Plan for many years now ,since they had an Office in Potters Bar, and will continue . The closest Office now is Welwyn Garden City and the service and personal attention is excellent. They always call /email with reminders in good time for all my vehicle insurances so I am not caught out without cover. They are all always polite, courteous and customer focussed, and to be able to actually speak to someone who can deal with and handle queries these days is rare and a valuable asset. Just to name check a specific WGC consultant - Maria Ormesher, she has dealt with most of my business over the years and is extremely professional and helpful and will always seek out the best solution for any specific requirement with honesty and integrity , an exemplar of true traditional customer service,....
