This is my second year with A Plan. Very helpful and friendly staff who actually listen and explain their policies. Thankfully I have not had to claim on my policy but I am confident that they would do all they could to be of assistance. I would definitely recommend .

Predictably tried to hike the cost of my policy after 1 year of non-claiming membership. I queried this and the premium was reduced (but to a still somewhat raised level). Loyalty to non-claiming customers would involve keeping the price the same in my view.
