We normally call into the office but of course couldn't this time, however their service was in no way diminished. I have no problem in recommending A-Plan Insurance which I got for my 19year old son it’s brilliant you pay half while he was a learner driver and when he passed you pay the other half.I found the the whole process over the phone very easy indeed and they’re rep very helpful and knowledgeable.As any parent will find when they are insuring a teenager for the first time it is a mine field but A-plans policy for first time drivers is definite winner and the bonus is there is No Black Box required.
