Phoned to explain I needed to activate a new insurance having cancelled the previous one when the car was binned. Assistant phoned 8.30 next morning with new proposal (expensive but the cheapest she thought available). Only downside was the lengthy call (28 minutes) to go through all the Q&A required to inform the insurers. Otherwise excellent service, and I am sure we saved a lot of paper by doing the proposal on the phone.
