Fantastic experience from beginning to end. I recently had to deal with a difficult family situation which required some help with an additional car. Josh dealt with the situation brilliantly, with empathy, compassion but at the same time very knowledgeable in finding the right policy for us. I cannot thank him enough for his service and would highly recommend the team here.

The ability to pop into your office and complete the policy with a member of staff in person, was a great deal. My previous insurer did not offer that touch and if I wanted anything they would refer me to my online account. The online account never answered my questions successfully.

Absolutely awesome this is my 1st insurance I've taken out in a long time as had mobility vehicles for a while. Turned out the no claims I thought I had wasn't valid so I thought s*'£e this is gonna cost me a fortune but the young gentleman assured me they would do there best and then came back with a quote £300 cheaper than others id got. When he broke it down for me a huge chunk of savings was because they don't charge you a brokerage fee like other companies. I was so impressed I took out the policy without anymore questions.
