Without them we do not think we would have got through our last claim when someone parked a stolen car in our living room at 03.30 in the morning. They gave us a lot of practical help and arranged for local trades people to carry out remedial work which was not really their responsibility.

I've used Howden for several years, including when they were called A-Plan, because they've always been professional, friendly, helpful, and always got me a good deal. This time was no different. I was changing cars with a gap in-between selling one, and buying another. Martin Lazell dealt with me, and he made sure it was transferred in the best way for me, and managed to save me £200 by doing so! I have recommended Howden to several people, and will continue to do so.

I’ve renewed my car insurance policies with Howden Insurance this week. Although I did call to renew only one policy due to the fact that I’d found a cheaper quote for the other car elsewhere, however the lady who answered my call, Luana Profur was fantastic and because of her determination, patience and elite level of professionalism in finding me a better quote than their original one, I decided to renew both policies with Howden. I have had calls answered by the same lady on previous occasions and the calls have always been a pleasure to be involved in, she’s just very good at explaining details and takes time to put you at ease, ensuring you understand everything clearly.
