I rang A Plan Thatcham following a couple of text/phone messages reminding me that my car insurance was due. With the hubbub of Christmas I was grateful for the reminder. When I phoned, my details were quickly brought up and I was taken through what I had last year and this coming year. I was very happy with the quote and had no hesitation in accepting and paying. The whole transaction was completed in a very short time, job done for another year.

I arranged home insurance through A-plan and have found dealing with it by telephone to be very reassuring, helpful and friendly. Sometimes small details need to be checked and confirmed and the team at the A-plan office in Luton have taken the time and trouble to ensure that the cover they arrange is clearly understood and suits my needs. Thank you to Sam Foster in particular for the patience and diligence shown in regard to the voluminous insurance proposal small print that can be tedious to say the least. I would definately also consider vehicle insurance with A-plan when it's time to renew.
