Polite and efficient and also got a 10% reduction. The only downside is the amount of questions asked which is down to the insurance industry. Would recommend them as at least you can speak to an advisor. It beats "on-line" always.

Luke Morley @ Tooting branch was very helpful and saved me the hassle of filling in all sorts of stuff as you have to do on comparison sites. communication was minimal but efficient which was ideal and they actually did some manual work in finding me a policy that worked for me (remember the good old days when more people cared and had authority to do the things that a customer actually wanted?), so top marks!

Had a very nice chap call me regarding my renewal and he quickly and efficiently ran through all my options to ensure the level of cover was still sufficient for my requirements.
He then proceeded to arrange quotes while placing me on hold for a short time, end result being an extremely competitive renewal for the second year in a row.

I contacted aplan after recommendation from club. Your representative said they would call be with quote but never did, then I called you back and the offer was 200 dearer than my renewal quote but my insurance had lapsed so I took out policy with you.
