This year there has been an improvement in agent support and service. I often need agents to be patient and consistent. This was the experience I got used to. However in the past two years this was not consistent and I even thought of leaving. This year the service received bore similarity to the early days so I shall continue to use A-Plan.

Staff are always helpful, good humoured and courteous. A-Plan have provided an efficient brokerage service to us for many years, covering all our vehicles (three of which are specialist policies and are looked after by different branches) and our home and contents policies. I have shopped aound from time to time, particlarly in our early days but have invariably come back to A-Plan. One of my main reasons for this is their brilliant service in the event of any claims. The money they have saved me on more than one occasion by intervening with insurance companies on my behalf has far outweighed the cost of the brokerage fees. I would thoroughly recommend them.
