I rang to arrange a change of address and to cancel my buildings and contents insurance policy for my old address. Mark (I think) then offered to update my car insurance and also arranged for the extra fee due on the car insurance to be taken off the refund on the buildings policy. I also have a Landlord's policy with A-Plan and that was updated too. It was great to have a one-stop shop call and I appreciate the fact that the arrangement fee was waived in lieu of the fact that I was paying a cancellation fee on the 1st policy. Good business practice.

Received very polite, Proffessional advice and service when dealing with Adam to obtain insurance for our Campervan.
The only reason I cannot give a five star rating is that I am not able at this time to comment on their service in the event of making a claim. ( hopefully will never need to)
