Renewed with A plan because of there excellent customer service and they always go the extra mile to find the deal that best suits me. Another thing also is if you do need help with any thing they are on the end of the phone easy to get in touch with and go out of there way to help. I would highly recommend them.

Their office contacted me in plenty of time to remind me that my car insurance would soon be ready for renewal. They checked various insurers and recommended that I was with the best for cover and price.
They rang nearer the renewal day to check I was happy and posted the documents for me to check. All was in order and I said I was happy to renew.

I was a client from 2008 to 2014 with 3 vehicles insured through A Plan. I left the UK in 2014 and returned this year 2021, the first insurance company I called was A Plan to insure another 2 cars. Still the same staff and excellent service. This is a company that you cannot fault.

Friendly, helpful and informative staff who are well trained and know their business. Their prices always beat the on-line comparison sites who don't have access to many of the policies A-Plan can offer. It's a lot easier and quicker than answering the same questions over and over again for every comparison site. My car insurance actually went down this year.

Got a new modified car so emailed them for a call back and never had one, called them and waited then got cut of.
