Our car was involved in an accident last year.Not our fault,the other driver admitted responsibility & the car was written off.Prior to the car being written off, recovery of the vehicle from the area of the accident which was about 70 Miles away was a nightmare.The handling of the accident by A Plan was ok but their choice of a recovery agent,albeit through an insurance company, reflected badly on them.

I do my research online then a letter comes from A Plan with their research!! I then pop into my local A Plan office, they are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We discuss possibilities and I make a decision! Great service and no pressure.

I've used Aplan now for quite a few years both for car insurance and public liability for my work, in general thay are a little more expensive, however thay do what I've not got the time to do, looking around for good deals and then presenting me with a choice each year, so the slightly higher cost is completely justified, also unlike on line cover I know to who I am speaking by sight and sound, thay know if I have a gripe ,i come into the branch on Saturday morning and state my case, this I've almost never done because service is always upfront and honest, yes I would heartily recommend Aplan insurance.

I have insured with A-Plan, house and car for a few years now. They work well, are attentive and timely. If you do question fees etc they go into it all and make sure you come out with a competitive quote. What´s better is that if there are claims issues they don´t run away. They do stay and help. They are worth our Client loyalty

A plan are always professional and try very hard to renew your business, but unfortunately they are less competitive than they used to be. I have just renewed my house insurance with another company as their quote was ridiculous.

APLAN are a great help and very knowledgable about insurance. We have 4 cars insured with them a camper, 2 cars and a young driver. You can always find someone who expertise who can guide you and more often than not has been through what you looking for. They will also guide you if they don’t have the capacity to insure you eg temporary insurance. A great company who will help you every step of the way.

It was a pleasure to deal with Robert. My requirements weren't straightforward but he came up with a good solution quickly. He gave me an indication of timescales up front, kept me updated when he said he would, explained everything without sounding as if he was reading a script and dealt with a curve ball I threw at him at the last minute without flinching. He also has a really good balance of being both personable and professional. He did a great job.
