Whilst the person I dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful i do not like being called three weeks before to discuss the policy before I have received the paperwork. Also after receiving the paperwork I don't like being harassed on a daily basis with phone calls.

THEY HAVE SHOPPED AROUND FOR THE BEST INSURANCE AVAILABLE FOR MYSELF AND MY WIFE AND HAVE DEALT WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS IN A EFFECTIVE MANNER. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have recently taken car insurance with Plan and what a refreshing experience it was,answer the phone streataway no 20min listening to rubbish music,Sue the lady I spoke to,she came across as someone not only wanting to sell insurance but was genualy interested in me as a customer,something that is rarely found these days,I highly recomend A Plan i can't prase them enough.
