A good firm however on billing they had two reject payments and only on the third attempt was money taken.This led to a large withdrawal from our account - I would have thought when it was rejected first time they would have queried it.

A-Plan staff were friendly and very helpful. They went out of their way to keep my custom and the end result was an extremely competitive price. Mark, and the rest of the team at A Plan are really helpful, and make new insurance and renewals really easy to deal with. They are not always the cheapest deal out there, but there isn't much in it to be honest and the amount of time that they save me makes the little bit extra that you pay well worth it! I'd highly recommend using them.

Regarding this home insurance issue everything was handled quickly and professionally.

Because of my age and major hearing problem I like to be face to face and A plan allows my to do that if I get my daughter to request something they act on it .The office in town is handy and the staff are excellent they take me through the options I make a decision and act upon it Ipsy the bill and work out satisfied.

Since I first used local A Plan insurance I've found them to be very helpful explaining things to enable me to make good decisions re companies they recommended. They keep you up to date with renewals. I have purchased house and car insurance via them. Saves me time and with their expert knowledge feel more sure I have correct cover for my needs. Also the advantage of if a claim needed they will process /help with that. Makes life a lot easier
