A-Plan have been our go-to insurance agents for a number of years. Their staff are always polite, knowledgeable, helpful and clearly well-trained. We arrange motor and home insurance through them, and although they may be more expensive than price-comparison sites and others, they always seek the best deals for us; it's what they do. They are reliable, and if the test of a good insurer is how well they handle a claim, we know they do that well, too.

An adviser from APlan rang to remind me that my car insurance was due for renewal in November. We talked our way through all the details needed and I agreed to continue with my custom. The paperwork came in the post a few days later. Over-all I am very satisfied with the way all calls are handled at my local branch.

I already have my family cars insured with A-Plan who have behaved very professionally over those policies for many years. They asked to quote for our house buildings insurance and, despite our house being a very old and unusual building, they provided us with a good saving over our renewal premium quote from our previous insurer.
