Your staff are very helpful.
However when renewing car insurance I believe the Certificate of Motor
Insurance and general summary should be posted not just emailed for

I have been with A-Plan in Weybridge since the early eighties and apart from one hiccup, I have always received good and prompt service from them with all my various vehicles. They are not the cheapest way of getting insurance but I feel more confident in having a broker deal with my insurance needs.

First time I have used A-Plan and the experience was first class. From the initial quotation call and the follow up call to arrange insurance the service was exemplary. I have an unusual type of car that is not recognised by other insurers but A-Plan easily recognised the vehicle type and understood my requirements well. The advisors on the call were knowledgable, manner able and friendly. The price of the policy was excellent and I would recommend A-Plan to anyone. I will have no concerns about using them again.

Increase in price despite no claims.
Checked the details this year - should have been a straight forward renewal but errors eg number of bathrooms, flat roof, my occupation. Wasn’t sure if that all mattered but they were not reassuring and a cost for changing even though before the renewal date which they didn’t charge me in the end.
Main worry was that might not be appropriate insurance for me.
