I find APlan very pleasant and efficient to deal with and got a deal as my car and home insurance are organised through them. I like having a person to go and see if I need help but through Lockdowns I have done all dealings by email or phone with no problems.

Nick was very helpful. I meant to click on five stars. I had a problem with the occupation of my daughter and Nick spoke to the underwriters and sorted it to my benefit when compared to my present insurers terms.

I’ve used A-Plan in Bournemouth for a number of years, they are very competitive and go the extra mile. It’s always better to support local businesses and local staff. Kirsty fulford was very helpful with my van insurance and Chris Ashford was extremely helpful in sorting out an issue during lockdown with our car insurance. Would highly recommend giving them a chance to quote.

I already have Home Insurance with A Plan so when my car insurance came up for renewal I decided to give them a call. I knew my existing Insurer's renewal policy was high but I had no idea how high until A Plan came back with a quote. It covered everything I asked for so was like for like, and still it was much more of a saving.
The person that dealt with me was kind, empathetic to my needs (mobility issues) and very efficient.
