Very happy with level of service (professionalism, courtesy etc) but very aware that I’ve definitely paid significantly more than I probably needed to this year. If there is a similar price differential next year I will have to change to another provider.

Unfailingly helpful and polite staff, its only when you need to claim do realise the better companies from the worse and A plan exceed in everything and usually come up with competitive pricing as well.

A-Plan sent an e-mail saying my vehicle policy needed to be renewed. Phoning the number provided, I had to select from the usual menus. Once I reached a person, she was very helpful, although, as usual, had to follow the defined text. She had to find me a new policy, as the previous one could not be renewed. It took her a while (on hold) to find a suitable new policy, but she found one at a significant lower cost, by adjusting some of the selections.

I have just bought a new car, April 2021, as I have worked for my family's business for 50 year's I haven't had to pay the cost myself ,it's payed by the company, as I am part time I've had to pay the insurance on this new car, I started to look for insurance companies & found out A-plan insurance had an office in High At. in Oxford, I contacted them & spoke to Kayleigh Burrows - she was very helpful, I explained about not having to insure a car for many years, she explained what I would need to provide, i was happy with the quote, & decided to go with Kayleigh at A- plan, I called into the branch at Oxford where I met Kayleigh & payed for the insurance, I was very pleased how the process went smoothly to completion - many thanks to the A- plan team.
