The quality of an insurance product is of course unknown until that unfortunate moment it has to be used. I have found the service at A Plan to be excellent and if you are in a position to utilise a local service with the purchasing power of a chain I would thoroughly recommend them.

They seem to understand my requirements very well, call back as agreed and provide me with the right cover for an appropriate premium, I have dealt with Jennifer Smith at the Thatcham branch several times recently and she has been very helpful, and made sorting cover for my car and bike simple.

Always get at least 2weeks notice before policy is due to expire.Very friendly and helpful and also very competitive in their prices.
Have used A-Plan for 10yrs now and have never had a problem.
Due to lockdown i was also able to lessen the mileage (seen ads on tv you will get money back at the end of their policy)So have saved money straightaway.
To sum up i find this company helpful,friendly and very trustworthy.
