Been with A plan for 7 years. The main thing I like is you actually speak to a person!! No multiple choice button pressing. Always a pleasure to speak to and helpful. Premiums always competitive as well. I organised my car insurance in about 10 minutes! Fantastic!

I have personally been using A Plan Insurance since 1998 and no other insurance broker has been able to match A Plan's prices, professional service and caring disposition. I highly recommend using A Plan as they do all the hard work for you and make sure that you are Insured at the end of each insurance policy.

As it says on the tin ..... A Plan's working arrangements under the 'virus' were were clearly difficult for the staff as currently in any other UK organisation. However, a satisfactory service was provided, including hand delivery of the paper documents on a Saturday!

On the back of having my own motor insurance with A-Plan I phoned on behalf of my wife. I had a very good experience with their adviser, Kaillie, who was most helpful throughout the entire course of negotiating. I am a landlord with shared accommodation in Surrey and a complex of three properties in North Devon. The Surrey properties have been insured through A Plan since 1993.I know I could probably save a bit if money going through a comparison website, but I prefer to speak to a real person who is able to answer my questions, that's right, good old fashioned customer service. My Devon complex is in a level 3 flood area and although we have never flooded, insurers don't fight over you. It is a bit complicated as there is a holiday let, a private house an a new build ancillary accommodation for dependents. At one point I was paying £1800 a year to the NFU. A Plan in Weybridge who are my long standing office, told me their Farnham branch specialise in flood areas. I have only made one claim since 1983 and have many anti flood barriers, pumps etc in place even though they have never come into play . I now pay half the amount I was paying to the NFU and with more cover. I would definitely recommend any property owner to talk to A-Plan whether you are in letting or just wanting to insure your own house . They are decent straight forward people.
