I was contacted By Karl from A-Plan insurance Newbury a few weeks before my car insurance was due. He gave me a quote that was actually cheaper than the previous year! He sent the documentation across very quickly and amended it where necessary. Karl was very helpful and contacted me by phone to remind me the renewal and payment were due.

I only have my state pension and things are very tight at the moment.
I asked for a refund and the Horsham office dealt with my request very efficiently.
Then I got a call from the manager who told me that, as I was a good long term customer with other business with them, they were prepared to offer me a free renewal.
I was very grateful, and think this is very good customer service.
A gesture that will ensure my business stays with them.
