I have been a customer of A Plan for a few years now, initially I had a van then changed recently to a car and have been very happy with their service.
it doesn't matter if its a renewal or a phone call for advice the customer service has been speedy, polite and knowledgeable. A recommended company.

This week I had a van accident. I made a call to A-Plan and I could not believe how helpful they were. Within an hour, Lucy had arranged for everything to be sorted. Circumstances meant I had to quickly change my car, which I had just re-insured via A-Plan. The change had to be so quick that the new policy, although sorted and paid for, had yet to reach its operational date. A-Plan quickly did what was necessary to ensure my new vehicle was the one insured and also made sure my new vehicle was covered from the date I got it to the date when the new policy started. They even made sure that the changes were made in a way that cost me the least. I was impressed and will continue to Use A-Plan.
