I've been with A-plan for a number of years. Always friendly and easy to talk to. Insurance comparison sites are so difficult to navigate and I find that A-plan do all the hard work for me and find the best policy for my needs. It's a company I trust.

A-Plan have been our go-to insurance agents for a number of years. Their staff are always polite, knowledgeable, helpful and clearly well-trained. We arrange motor and home insurance through them, and although they may be more expensive than price-comparison sites and others, they always seek the best deals for us; it's what they do. They are reliable, and if the test of a good insurer is how well they handle a claim, we know they do that well, too.

An adviser from APlan rang to remind me that my car insurance was due for renewal in November. We talked our way through all the details needed and I agreed to continue with my custom.
