I have used A-plan as a broker for many years now. Doesn't matter who you speak to there, they are always friendly, caring, helpful and efficient. You actually feel like you matter!
I have, over the years, done comparisons for price and only once got a better deal when my Bank were doing a special deal.

Friendly customer service team, and happy so far with the commercial van insurance I have with them. Have not had to contact A-Plan regarding a claim, but I do wish when it comes to renewal time, they would give me the best renewal price then can, rather than me having to go through the same song and dance to get the price down to the actual best price they can give. I know most insurers to the same, it is just frustrating.
