My initial renewal I would give 5 stars, however when I needed to have a policy amended on the 27th Nov poor communication and had to make several calls to get an update. Also was emailed with update on monthly instalments but no attachment of updated policy and had to make another call to ask for the attachment to be emailed

Very easy to deal with, I was insuring a modified car, and they understood exactly what cover I needed, beat all other modified insurance quotes I had got, and when I rang up to take my policy out, I was done in 10 minutes

A Plan have been an absolute A1 find for me, you could not wish for a more friendly, helpful, efficient and competitive service, I would never normally purchase insurance through a broker these days thought it to be "old hat" but I won't go anywhere else now, forget comparison markets these guys will beat them and provide a one to one superb service, so glad I found them.

I was introduced to A-Plan a couple of years ago and wish it had happened earlier.
The staff are always polite, friendly and efficient and it is so pleasant to be able to visit the branch and discuss matters face to face, although during the lockdown I found phone calls were dealt with in the same manner.
