I was helped by Thalia, Theo and the boss after my car was hit while parked and the culprit drove off without leaving their details. Covea the company I was insured with wrote my vehicle off but took more than 4 weeks to pay out. It would’ve taken longer had Thalia and the boss not pestered them for me. Theo found me a great deal for my new insurance. We as a family have used Howdens ( A plan) for years and have always been happy with the service they have given us. We like to use a broker because we can go and speak to someone face to face if we have any problems.

MY CAR INSURANCE WAS DUE AT THE END OF AUGUST AND MY CURRENT INSURER'S QUOTE HAD GONE UP A LOT SINCE THE PREVIOUS YEAR. SO I WENT INTO OUR LOCAL HOWDENS TO ENQUIRE ABOUT THEIR QUOTE, FOR THE SAME CAR AND SAME PROVISIONS. THEY WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL, TOOK A LOT OF NOTES AND LISTENED TO EXACTLY WHAT WAS COVERED AND WHAT WAS NOT. BASED ON THIS INFORMATION THEY QUOTED ME A VERY ACCEPTABLE PRICE FOR MY CAR INSURANCE. IT WAS CONSIDERABLY CHEAPER THAN MY PRESENT INSURER AND COVERED THE SAME CRITERIA. I AM THEREFORE NOW INSURED WITH HOWDENS.

I have just taken out a multi car/van policy through Howden Insurance. I dealt with Kamren Peak who was a pleasure to deal making the process simple and quick. In my mind, these will not be beaten on price! Would definitely recommend giving them a call for car, van or home insurance.

You provided everything but the documentation was out of order and duplicating or overlapping.
For example 1.the receipt for payment was mixed amongst numerous policy documents when it should have been the first document attached to the letter.
2. The rems of business were differently stated twice.
Everything was just thrown into attachments. Without explanation or thought about sequence.
I do not wish to waste time suggesting how brokers should serve their customers
