Another brilliant example of excellent customer service received from A-Plan today. The car insurance was due for renewal and Thomas was very helpful and professional, giving me all the information that was needed in order to make an informed decision on which policy best suited our needs.
Thanks also to Claire in renewals who contacted me in the first place to advise the insurance renewal date was approaching.
