So far - great service. Just didn’t give the fifth star as never had to claim yet. They are good at selling you policies. If we had to claim that’s when you test if they are good at what they do. Arranging, settling and fighting your corner when it’s needed.

Simply put, this broker found insurance cover when no one else would... the problem? Well, simply an expensive van. A-plan coped when all the mainstream insurers couldn't. Service too is excellent and they are friendly and approachable. Could not ask for more.

Have insured my rental properties with A-Plan for many years, with excellent service and very reasonable premiums.
I was looking around to check the market for premiums on my classic car collection and was introduced to David at the Salisbury branch.
He talked me through my requirements, and we agreed a premium that was £200 less than my existing insurer of 15 years, and additionally gave me agreed value cover, retention of salvage and added an extra car.
I had also acquired an extra 3 points on my licence since last year!!!
