Friendly customer service team, and happy so far with the commercial van insurance I have with them. Have not had to contact A-Plan regarding a claim, but I do wish when it comes to renewal time, they would give me the best renewal price then can, rather than me having to go through the same song and dance to get the price down to the actual best price they can give. I know most insurers to the same, it is just frustrating.

I have been using A-Plan Insurance Andover branch for about 23 years and during that time they have displayed professionalism and integrity way above the "mean average" for this type of service
They do offer, in my view, value for money and will always seek the best deal available from a selected panel of insurance providers

I had a great experience when I spoke to A Plan recently. The whole process of insuring my campervan went smoothly and A Plan beat the next best price by a considerable amount.
I took about roadside assistance with my policy and had to use it the day after picking up my van (flat battery). The roadside assistance process was really quick and easy and they arrived within the 20mins of me placing the call.

I get protected no claims, legal cover, immediate car replacement, policy excess cost protected and up to an additional 25% towards the cost of a replacement vehicle in the event that mine is stolen or written off.
Most importantly, dealing with A Plan Insurance is a very pleasant and easy process. You tell them how you want to insure your car and they will create the cover you require. It’s that simple. Shopping around for the cheapest quote is easy, anyone can do that but then some may find that they are under covered in the event of a claim. You get what you pay for.
In a world of more and more uninsured road users and car theft, it’s important to protect what you own but with a sensible planned approach.
The result is a very reasonable policy that gives you peace of mind that you’re fully covered for most eventualities.
