All information was given clearly via telephone. The caller was polite and very helpful. The only way the service could have been improved for me is by a face to face meeting (I fully understand that this is not currently possible but once allowable I would prefer visiting an office).

She was very thorough and professional and made sure I was aware of various features on the policy, including’pot hole cover’ - who knew!

There is a third thing to add to that, and its Car Insurance because without it, in the UK, you'll lose your vehicle, and it can be just as challenging to navigate as losing your life, and communicating with the I.R.S.
Thankfully I have Dan Hurley at the Poole office of A-Plan Insurance to take care of my needs.
"Compare the Rodent" and "Money Down Market" keep trying for my Insurance, but they don't have the experience, and pure, customer service that I get from Dan.
Some of their clients may seek solace in a cuddly toy or a shopping voucher, but while they may have an uncertain sleep, clutching their Meerrat, I can sleep soundly in my bed knowing that I'm correctly insured and I've paid the right price for it.
Thank You Dan, it's a real pleasure to do quality Business with you.
