Recommended by friends, my wife had insured her car with A-Plan who have a local office near us. She had had very satisfactory service so she suggested that I should obtain a quote from A-Plan when I was renewing my insurance. The renewal was very simple. An initial phone call to advise me that the insurance renewal was due was followed by a letter. The renewal was carried out on the phone to minimise the need to have any unnecessary journeys at this time of lock down.
