A-Plan were recommended by a friend and I have now had my car insurance with them for 2 years. During this time they have always been helpful and efficient. I have used A-Plan for my motor insurance for two years and have found the service to be efficient and courteous. I've recently used them to renew my House and Contents Insurance and been very pleased with the outcome, a premium lower than with my previous provider, with substantially larger cover. I have no hesitation in recommending them as insurance brokers for the two services (car and house/contents).

Been insured with my current company for years and years and always thought they were the best for modified vehicles.
A-plan were reccomended by oficailly gassed on you tube ( shout to Jamie) so i thought i would give them a try. From the first interaction Darren was polite friendly and a man of his word. Took some details real quick and said he would call me back with a tailored quote, exactly when he said he called he did which made a good impression. Very well spoken took me through everything and made sure i understoon clearly. The quote was pretty much half of what i am paying now for exactly the same service. Darren was very professional not pushy at all and a pleasure to deal with. Also got told about additional services they offer which is brilliant

I left 2 messages in reply to a letter when I rung the Worthing office.
One was picked up by Bristol and one by Wolverhampton, neither were returned.
My third attempt was successful, I have suggested renewals are first done by email to save a lot of time.
