Excellent service; I had A-Plan House/Contents Insurance already which was very competitive with all the extras, so when it came to my Car Insurance, I gave them the chance to quote for that as well. That proved to be a very good move because they were able to offer me insurance which matched my existing - but cheaper! This was all done over the telephone in no time at all because it was important to me to have a proper conversation with someone; not every answer to a question is 'yes' or 'no'.

I have 3 classic cars insured by A Plan at extremely competitive rates. I was recommended to them by a friend who insures his classics with them. From the very first phone call I made I was impressed by their knowledge and ability to make decisions there and then on the spot.
As a result I asked them to quote for my modern BMW Estate and their quote was by far the best I could find. A Plan now insure all 4 of my vehicles, and I owe the friend who put me in touch with them a very large drink.

Always attentive, always seeking the best for the customer. A-Plan give sound advice, prompt and efficient. Issue useful reminders and follow-ups when insurance policies are about to expire. I use A-Plan for my home insurance / house letting insurance / car insurance. A-Plan will research to offer best available deal, ensuring the customer is updated and advised on the current most appropriate policies.

Richard at A-Plan was very easy to talk to he was polite and answered all my questions concisely and in an easy to understand way, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Even though the quote he gave me was a little more than I'd had from other insurers I felt happy to go with him. I would certainly recommend A-Plan Insurance.

Renewal of house insurance, a straightforward process with APlan ensuring I'm provided with the most cost effective insurance cover for my needs. As always, evidence of good research and very courteous and efficient customer service. When I got APlan to quote for my house insurance the year before, they achieved a massive price reduction for equivalent cover against my previous long standing insurer.
