A-Plan insurance have given me excellent service over the years. The Farnborough branch that I am with have always tried to help and although A-Plan Insurance may not be the cheapest when compared to Internet based quotations, when somebody reversed into the side of my car, it only took one call to A-Plan to organise a repair and hire car if I needed it. A-Plan took care of everything, my vehicle was picked up, repaired and delivered back. I feel that this service is worth paying a little more for. A-Plan are at the end of the phone or under normal circumstances would be available in the office if you wanted to talk. I would recommend A-Plan.

I have used a plan on and off for years, always had good service and would recommend, only issue this year is I asked for the documents to be posted and I think I’m going to have to chase it this year as they haven’t arrived after three weeks !

I am with Aplan Tooting branch since 1993 and have home insurance, buy to let policy and car insurance with them. Today, I renewed one of my car insurance, the agent Mr James Bradley was extremely helpful and managed save more than £50 from my original quote. Thank you keep up the good work 😀.

Been with A plan longer than I can remember, perhaps I have dementia. Initially chose them when they were at Potters Bar and we lived here too. Now in Barnet and still with them.
Had garage broken into some six years ago. Damage and tools stolen. Claim handle promptly with no problems. To be honest they are very good and would recommend them, especially as like most people look around for competitive quotes.
