I always try to use A PLAN they are very helpful, understand your needs, go out of their way to get the best price for you., I am fortunate that I haven't had to use them in the case of a claim, but feel better that they are there should I need them.
I have always found them friendly, very easy to talk to, and they do care.
I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience of A plan is that they are efficient, helpful and offer a friendly service. They have dealt with all my requests in a very satisfactory way. I had been wary of using a broker but their service encourages me. I have not had to claim from them but feel confident that they would ensure that this went smoothly. When we moved to A plan we immediately had a redyuction in what we had previously paid.

Took a while to get to the correct department who could deal with my request. However once i was speaking to the correct team, they provided me with a very competiively priced quote. Sent through all the documentation for me to review very quickly and followed up call with further information.
