A-Plan was recommended to me and they have supported me with car and house and contents insurance for the past 4 years. What I like is that their representatives drop a reminder email and then when I call them, the research and generation of options has already been done. In my experience, once the first Statement of Facts has been established, the renewal process takes only 10-15 minutes- tops. The other feature I like is the secure 'Client Vault'. Once you've been through a simple registration process, your can log on and access your policy documents online. Hard copies can also be provided if you so wish.
