A plan rang early before insurance due date. Advised keeping the same insurer but price had risen slightly. Well I declined the increase and said I would look elsewhere. However A plan then said if the rate stays the same as the previous year will I be interested. I agreed no increase. So I have given a 5 star rating.

When I took out this years policy I had to amend the details as 7 of my siblings now also own the house and despite it being a bit complicated the adviser, Charlie Kershaw, was extremely helpful and always called back when promised. After some negotiations it has now been settled satisfactorily and our home and my contents are covered. 😊
