Adam at the Taunton Branch (Taunton) was vey helpful and was happy to go through all my options for my home insurance. I also have my car insurance through A-plan. With A-plan you can go into the branch (if COVID restrictions allow) and they will contact the insurance companies on your behalf, or give them a call. Competitive prices too!

Got straight through to a customer advisor. No taped recordings or multiple choice numbers to navigate. Dealt with in a kind, patient and understanding way. Didn’t feel rushed into making a decision and he was quite happy to explain and then go over the policy again. Found the whole experience very refreshing.
