This is the 2nd year that I have renewed my Car Insurance with A Plan and it is because the staff our friendly and get the best deal they can in this competitive world we live in and there is no hassle involved.
I will be definitely be using them again when I purchase my new car in a couple of weeks and it all started from me being recommended by my best friend husband.

Generally very happy with A-Plan and I remain convinced there is a place for the personal service they offer, despite the on-line competition. They could improve their service by running the numbers on an on-line comparison site before offering a quote, just to understand what the competition are offering and thus "target price".
I will happily pay 10% extra to keep personal service, but not twice what I can find on Go-Compare.
