I started using A-Plan for car cover a few years ago on the recommendation of a friend and now use them for all my insurance. Much safer than dealing with online platforms and finding out your policy doesn’t provide the cover you thought it did when you make a claim. Happy to recommend.

I was introduced to A-Plan Insurance when the insurance policies we had transferred to them as part of a business acquisition. I have had very good interactions with the company and its employees (Michelle Baldwin and Uzma from the Tooting office) and would recommend them to anyone for their insurance needs. Michelle helped me when my current insurer did not want to continue underwriting the risk. Michelle negotiated with the insurer and managed to get a refund for the unused premium as well as found a more suitable policy to cover my risk. I have no hesitation in using them for repeat business over any online aggregator website.

Mike at Tooting was very helpful and courteous. Aplan always manage to save me money and are barely any effort to use. I haven’t had any incidents to contact them about yet so I can’t comment on how good they are at dealing with them, but I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to call if I did.
