All the staff take time to clearly understand your requirements and take great care to ensure that the policy meets your needs with optional quotes for you to ‘study’ and are always more than happy to answer questions and take on board any changes you may be considering. I’m fortunate I have only needed claims assistance once and they were excellent.

We have used A Plan for years as our insurance company and have always found the staff professional, friendly, helpful and well-informed about our options for car insurance. They do not pressurise and are always keen to ensure we are completely happy. They give us time to think about the renewal and re-contact us on the day that they arrange to.
