I had used another insurer once before so got a quote from them first. A-plan was then recommend by a friend and I was dealt with by Pieter from Bromsgrove office who was professional, helpful and competitive when it came to my quote. The differential with Pieter at A-plan and the other insurer was simply Pieter was interested in my business and won it....
