Took out home insurance. Michelle of the Tooting office was very helpful, as are all the staff that I have dealt with from that office over the last three or four years. Very competitive prices.

Renewed my car insurance with Mike @ tooting he was helpful informative and not at all pushy, found me the right cover for a good price- needed to insure my husbands new van and decided to give them a call after the excellent service I received from Mike, he passed me over to Laura @ tooting whom was also great, she explained everything to me and again came back with a price far lower than I was expecting- helpful friendly and above all lovely people to deal with.

A bit too early really to Judge. I have no immediate concerns on service so far but compared to the previous company, i have sent more admin time having to log on etc , which is odious.

I had trouble with my insurance after I had a dash cam fitted to my car !! The company I was with cancelled my insurance would you believe.
I contacted A Plan and spoke to Matthew who within a few minutes calmed me down and then proceeded to sort the whole thing out within 30 minutes he had got me a new insurance company, not some obscure company and the cost was around the same as my previous insurance which was very reassuring. I can't thank him enough, it just proves that speaking to a person who knows their business makes sense, you can't beat the personal touch. LT
