An excellent, professional and conscientious service always delivered by Robert Pratt at A-Plan, Malvern. His level of Customer Service is excellent and his knowledge level also matches. I have used A-Plan over the years for various policies and I recommend them and Robert Pratt highly as efficient, sincere and cost effect Brokers whom work to get the correct policy at the right cost with complete transparency throughout.

Disappointed for the second year in a row when I requested a hard copy of my policy of which surprise surprise has never arrived after being reassured and promised they would be posted.
