Found Adam so very helpful and friendly it was a pleasure to make contact with A Plan. Nothing was too much trouble and I now have two policies arranged and will seek to get my other vehicles and property insured through A Plan. Had an issue trying to register for the portal, quick phone call and problem solved.

Sally-anne was very articulate and explained all the options very well and I was very impressed with her professional and polite and well spoken manner. I have used A-plan for several years now and for a £40 fee removes the time consuming process of finding the most appropriate insurance company so from this point of view I will always use an insurance broker.

I have been with A Plan for many years, although all the staff are very courteous & helpful, I always ask for Robert H. He is not only knowledgeable, very polite with a light touch, he is also patient, and was very supportive over a claim I needed to make involving my late husband (after he had died).

Went into my local branch, Worthing and was promptly seen and my request for home insurance dealt with in a very professional manner. Treated with respect throughout and left with a new policy that was much more competitive than my current provider at around £130 cheaper. No hesitation in recommending A plan to others. I also liked the fact that I was dealing with a person face to face and not over the phone or internet.

I had to renew my insurance during lock down and add to it. Had no difficulty contacting them via telephone and my questions were answered clearly and considerately and renewal was done immediately. Other companies either didn't bother to answer or gave flippant unhelpful advice.
