I've used them for many years to insure my car without any issues, had been meaning to review my home insurance for the last few years but never got round to it, did it this year and the price absolutely slashed my renewal advice from the supermarket one I'd stupidly shown loyalty to for at least 6 years longer than I should have.

Excellent service, very comprehensive in explaining what is and isn't included in the price. Recently had to contact them with regard to a stone chip in my windscreen, this was sorted out over the phone and I was able to book the appointment the next day.

I was extremely happy with the service when I telephoned for a quote. I have a specialised vehicle and it was good to actually speak to a person and KNOW that ALL details had been taken down correctly so I will be fully covered. Electronic quotes online just did not fit the bill. The rate is extremely competitive, very efficient service. Thank you.

Have been using A-Plan for many years. So much easier than trying to get insurance online in a lot of cases. You are able to talk to a person so what you are quoted is what you get rather than the deal changing as so often happens with comparison sites.
