I always check to see if my renewal quotes are reasonable before I renew my insurance. I know all insurances are increasing very heavily this year but thought a 40% increase for the same cover with my existing insurer was too much. Some friends recommended that I try A-Plan Insurance. I am very pleased that I did. They were very helpful, professional and thorough. They have given me all the same benefits and saved me a lot of money.

I was contacted to remind me that my insurance was due for renewal a few weeks before the due date with a renewal quote, his gave me the time to compare the price with other providers. I asked the agent to ring me back a couple of days before my insurance expired which she did, and I took out the new policy as I was unable to beat the competitive price quoted.

I have taken up car insurace recently.
To arrange the policy was easy and the branch manager was very helpfull.
But I have not been with this company long enough to make any comment.
As far as taking up car insurance concern it

I missed calls from A plan and found it difficult to call back due to queuing.
However once I was through I found the whole process easy to complete. I was also given loyalty discounts on extras and was pleased with the end price and cover given. The representative was very patient as my hearing is not great. He was very informative and professional.
