It went through smoothly, the premium was quite reasonable and a query I had was answered. I will continue to use them and possibly for other business. I recommend them to other people. I don't buy insurance to have an ecstatic experience. I do it to tick something off my over long todo list.

It's really great to have an Insurance company where you can go in and speak to an actual person. The staff at A-Plan are pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable. They are keen to help you and to get the best deal for you and your requirements. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. We now have both our cars insured with them and our home.

Had my customised van insured with A-Plan for a few years, and this year have taken out home insurance with them, based on a good policy and competitive price. On price and customer service, highly recommend. Never made a claim, so can't comment on how they'd be if I did.
