Have been with A-Plan for many years, as I insure my taxi through them. I recently renewed my policy, and after the taxi business, I was asked about home insurance, I got a quote which was cheaper than what I was paying, so cancelled my old policy, and started with A-Plan. Cheaper, easier, and all under one roof. Very helpful and efficient staff that saved me £100's this year. 👍

I enquired online for a car insurance quote. The next day, I received a call from Nick. He was very helpful and very polite, not at all pushy. A-Plan gave me a great quote, they beat my renewal price from previous company, which is what I wanted. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I like A-Plan, they really have that personal touch. Are they the cheapest, who knows, insurance quotes are a strange game.
I would give A-Plan 5 stars if I didn't have to phone up to get my paperwork ammended each time I've used them. That said they really are helpful & quickly correct their mistakes.

My existing policy has been taken over this year by A Plan and handled by Michelle Baldwin in the Tooting office. She carefully listened to our needs and researched policies for me and has achieved better value and a cheaper annual cost to home and buildings insurance. We will save around £80 this year. I had very helpful and patient service from Freya Day in the Parkstone office of A-Plan Insurance. Wasn't so simple, as I was calling from China and my Skype credit ran out half way through! Also had good follow-up emails, correcting minor mistakes in the information I had submitted. Thanks Freya!
