This is the second year that I have taken out van insurance through this company. I did receive cheaper quotes however I much prefer the customer service they give. One major plus point is everyone I called them they were very quick to answer and you don't have to go through a multitude of options before you get the right person. Vert professional. D Mclaughlan

Having used A-Plan for a number of years I was disappointed at the renewal cost, having done a search on the internet I found same cover for a lot less.
Relating this to A-Plan they modified their quote to match what I had found and I continued.
Not the same for our Motor Policy which I renewed direct with the Insurance Company for £200 less than quoted by A-Plan

Having dealt with Insurance companies directly in the past, I was so pleased to have been recommended to A-Plan Insurance brokers who do exactly what they claim to do, which is listen to the customer. I used the A-Plan branch based in Poole in Dorset and they managed to secure me the policy I needed with the exact cover I wanted at a fair price. Everything was explained to me clearly and concisely and all without any fuss or Industry speak. My wife and mother-in-Law also use A-Plan for their insurance needs. It is so refreshing to be able to speak to a real person with great knowledge who is super helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering changing their current insurer.

Been with the Worcester branch for years. Always excellent service and very knowledgable. They always check for cheaper policies ( don’t just auto renew ) so premiums are competitive . Also excellent at helping in the unfortunate event of a claim !

I renewed my car insurance with APlan third year running. They are very friendly, efficient, trying to find competitive prices. But I was asked about house insurance. Had a quote and everyday twice a day I would get a phone call about it. It was a quote!!! Car insurance there was no pressure at all.

When my husbands motorbike insurance was up for renewal, he asked on our bike club's Facebook page for personal recommendations. Several people said to try A-Plan Insurance. Unfortunately, they were not able to beat his existing policy (a multi-bike one, covering 4 bikes). However, Richard was very helpful and said to consider them when our car insurance policies came up for renewal.
Both our car policies needed insurance from 1st July. I rang A-Plan and spoke with Ben. He was friendly, courteous and professional. Liaising with Richard, he was able to offer us £50 off one of the policies. We got like-for-like quotes and A-Plan were able to save us nearly £80 in total on the two policies, with exactly the same cover. We like that they are based here on the Isle of Wight and that should we ever need to make a claim, we can go through them to get it sorted, either over the 'phone or by popping into their branch. We would recommend them to others.
