We were contacted prior to renewal of our Motorhome insurance and given a recommended course of action. We were happy with the proposal and the cost so we quickly completed the renewal process and received all necessary documentation electronically. We have 2 vehicles insured with A-Plan plus our home insurance. We have been a client for a few years now and have always been very satisfied with the service provided.

I did not do any research . The staff phoned me and offered the same policy as last year, except this year it is £ 30 dearer, every thing has gone up so I paid .

Excellent friendly service from Alix. Just taken out my historic vehicle insurance with them. Helpful with modifications, agreed value and choosing the right options. Competitive quote compared to previous insurance. As they were introduced by my Car Club I also feel confident in service should the worst happen (hopefully not!)

A Plan was able to match the best price I got after ringing round various insurers. It was such a good price that I paid it in one payment instead if monthly! The other benefit is being able to meet staff at the Loughborough office and good telephone service and having the paper documents!
