My existing policy has been taken over this year by A Plan and handled by Michelle Baldwin in the Tooting office. She carefully listened to our needs and researched policies for me and has achieved better value and a cheaper annual cost to home and buildings insurance. We will save around ÂŁ80 this year. I had very helpful and patient service from Freya Day in the Parkstone office of A-Plan Insurance. Wasn't so simple, as I was calling from China and my Skype credit ran out half way through! Also had good follow-up emails, correcting minor mistakes in the information I had submitted. Thanks Freya!

I have used A Plan for several years both for home insurance and car insurance. I have always found the staff very helpful and they are happy to answer any questions and explain things clearly. Insurance is such a minefield but I am so happy that I went with A Plan as it takes away the stress of choosing a policy as they know exactly what I want and need, and their prices are extremely competitive. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I firstly received an email then a follow up phone call to ask if I was renewing my home insurance. I didn't feel under any pressure and it was very useful to have a polite prod so there was no break in cover. The person I dealt with was charming and knowledgable and was able to get back to me very quickly with an an answer to my query about a change in my circumstances. All went very well thank you.

Just bought a small van to transport my 2 dogs and A Plan insurance was recommended by Wick Van Sales. Sam at A plan was very helpful when I telephoned and was able to offer a very competitive price which beat all others on comparison Web sites. All communication thereafter was by e mail in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company.
