I started shopping around, as you should, for insurance cover and A-Plan called me (I'm a previous customer) out of the blue to offer me cover. I changed insurance companies because it was getting very expensive and was happy with the new cover I purchased. However, the cover you get through A-Plan is very comprehensive, all the bells and whistles, and you simply don't get that with other companies, in my experience anyway. I found the conversations with the A-Plan representative to be informative and polite without being pushy at all. I've had a couple of questions since taking out the insurance for my car and I've had prompt response and clear answers. I feel very secure in my decision and hopefully I can continue next time.

Before Christmas I got a puncture in Waitrose car park on a Saturday evening when my usual garage was closed and I was stranded and alone.
I called A-plan breakdown and they sent a breakdown truck out with in an hour.
