Called into Leamington branch of ‘A’ Plan insurance, was looking to get two quotes on two vehicles. Had already had quotes from my previous insurer, thought I would try elsewhere. Was greeted by a very pleasant man who went through my insurance particulars, ended up giving him my business, saving considerable amount of money.

The renewal was so easy and uncomplicated. The agent knew her stuff and went through the necessary details with a chatty but very professional manner. The premiums were less than last year so all happy.
I had a query as I was paying by monthly DIrect Debit. This was explained very easily and very swiftly meaning that I could sit back happy in the knowledge that APlan could take the strain! Thank you.

On contact the agent explained the policy, answered all my insurance questions and discussed this year's premium. The agent was so helpful and managed to get me a good value for money cover. All throughout it was a true magic moment, compared with trailing through numerous web sites looking for a impossible deal.

My husband and I were really pleased with our meeting with A Plan Insurances representative Joe Williams, he was most helpful and understanding of our needs.
\it was so much better to be able to talk with someone face to face and not on the telephone, that is the reason for our change, we were able to be advised of different issues we had, for example not enough contents cover etc etc.
There wasn't any rush and we felt very comfortable.
Joe Williams was a very pleasant young man, easy to talk with and put us at ease.
We had been with LV for a number of years without realising that we didn't have enough cover. Everything was explained to us in simple teams.
We will be looking at our Car Insurances as well when nearer the time to be renewed.
The bonus was it was cheaper than LV even though we are still with Lv.
