I found A-Plan Poole branch to be amazing. Ben was very helpful on the phone and considering he was working from home he went the extra mile to help me with my first car insurance. I also spoke to Laura in the Poole office when I collected my documents and she was very professional. I found the process very easy and smooth and was informed of what was happening each step of the way. Very impressed with Poole A-plan. Big high 5 from me.

Courteous agents phone to discuss premium well ahead of expiry date.
This year paid via BACs ahead of time but oddly received invoice demand for payment five days later. Did they not check their bank statement?

Notification in good time that my car insurance was due for re-newal. Excellent contact to arrange a convenient time to review reinsurance options. A range of quotes obtained and the best options explained. Agreed an option with a significantly lower cost than the previous year. No strong sell on additional elements or options. Sorted - excellent.

I looked on various websites for insurance and could find none that were helpful I went back to A plan as they worked out the cheapest. Also having a physical office that I could go to not far away if I needed to make a claim was another factor instead of having to deal with someone in a call centre or over the phone.

my insurance had 3 weeks left to run,however we bought a new car, so we needed to upgrade our policy sounds simple,but our daughter wanted our old car to be delivered to her in keynsham so we needed it to be insured just so we could drive it to her. a-plan to the rescue!!! managed get old car on a cover note policy,new car on old policy upgraded for 3 weeks,then start a new policy for a year. they explained exactly how to stay legal throughout car swaps. excellent service as usual,would highly reccommend them.
