Found Adam so very helpful and friendly it was a pleasure to make contact with A Plan. Nothing was too much trouble and I now have two policies arranged and will seek to get my other vehicles and property insured through A Plan. Sally-anne was very articulate and explained all the options very well and I was very impressed with her professional and polite and well spoken manner. I have used A-plan for several years now and for a £40 fee removes the time consuming process of finding the most appropriate insurance company so from this point of view I will always use an insurance broker.
