Very efficient in explaining what was covered this is the second time we have put our Insurance through you but are very aware of the cost so will check next time before going with you as there are so many alternatives to choose from.

I have been using A-Plan Insurance for decades and despite other companies and facilitators offering what seem to be better deals, in the end A-Plan have always come up with fair deals. It may sometimes have taken a challenge to get what I regarded as a good deal but we have always got it right after discussion.
One big thing about using A-Plan is that I can speak with a real person which enables me to iron out possible incongruities. On the rare occasions I have had need to claim, I could always talk to a representative which sped up the process.
I have several policies with A-Plan for both vehicles and house all of which are with well respected Insurance companies.
Call A-Plan for a polite and friendly discussion.

A-Plan Insurance worked hard to regain the business they lost to LV. They made regular phone calls to me as the renewal date for my car insurance approached, whilst their price was not as low as their competitors, they convinced me of the benefits of having an insurer with local offices and followed up the quotation without being intrusive. I will certainly give them the opportunity to quote for any new insurance business I may have in the coming year.

What excellent service yet again from A-Plan Insurance, in particular Amy Long, who assisted in renewing my car insurance. They have never let me down in getting me a competitive quote every year - all it takes is one phone call versus all the time one can spend searching the web for a quote.
